Candidates

Chef Selection gives you access to lots of great chefs and hospitality jobs covering an extensive range of locations and property types. We advertise a wide variety of Senior and Junior roles (not all of which are advertised) we work with some well-established clients; some of which we have been working with for over 16 years and others are just starting out.

Who We Work With

We primarily work with Hotels, Restaurants, Coaching Inns and Gastro Pubs which are owned and run by large, medium, small groups or independent operators many of which are Chef Patrons. We deal with lots of Start Up operations, Branded Restaurants, Casual Dining, Smart Dining, Country Dining and Fine Dining many of which have 1,2,3,4 and 5 Rosettes, through to established 1 and 2 Michelin Starred Restaurants.
