Banqueting Junior Sous Chef Stamford Lincolnshire up to 26K and Live In

Banqueting Junior Sous Chef required for this busy Hotel and Restaurant, located close to Stamford

The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients to get involved and run functions and events

The well equipped kitchen is popular with weddings and midweek corporate events.

We are looking for an organised individual who can take the lead, follow function sheets prepare cook and send plated and buffet functions.

You will be working on your own and at times as part of a team, the hours of work can be fairly flexible allowing you freedom to organise your own working week as long as all the required prep is completed

Live in is available if required, but may also suit anyone living in the Stamford Corby Oakham Leicester or Melton Mowbray area with their own transport if required

Benefits

Base salary of £24,000 - £26,000 (depending upon experience)
