Chef de Partie required for this amazing hotel in Surrey which serves a good mix of a la carte, weddings and private dining.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be a total professional, calm, organised and an excellent communicator whilst having the technical skills required to maintain standards at 2 rosette level.
To apply for this position as Chef de Partie you need to have a proven track record in all fresh kitchens and a stable background. Rosette experience is preferable but not essential if you have passion for the role and the desire to succeed. The Head Chef would consider a Demi Chef de Partie with relevant experience looking for a step up.
Live in is available if required but this position may also suit anyone living in the Reigate Leatherhead Croydon Crawley or possibly Sevenoaks areas with their own transport.
Basic Salary of up to £21,000 (depending upon experience)
