To work closely with our Head and Sous chef. This station basically looks after the starters and desserts. A small friendly kitchen who work with fresh ingredients. We are looking for an experienced imaginative chef. Hotel hours so will be required to also work on breakfast shift too but this is 'taken in turns', dinner service is normally over by 10.15pm so not late nights. You will have 2 days off per week and a flat will be provided. More suited to a single man/woman or someone who has a partner who is interested in a working front of house in a waiting position.
