£30,000 plus , with tips + yearly bonus
Wednesday – Sunday working week, straight shifts - 4.5 days
Competent, dedicated and passionate Head Chef required to lead this kitchen serving up to 50 covers Wednesday-Saturday evenings , plus Sunday Lunch.
The menu style is Modern British , however we are looking for a Head Chef who has been classically trained and also has developed their own flair, style and pride in the dishes they produce. Experience at Rosette level preferred. Knowledge of modern cooking methods & techniques is essential. You will be creating menus, produce menu costings ,manage a small team of chefs and ensuring kitchen procedures are followed regarding food hygiene and health and safety.

With a strict booking system you will know what to expect ahead of each week and be able to plan and prep for that accordingly. Mondays & Tuesdays off every week. Sunday after lunch service is seen as a day to plan, organise and ensure the kitchen is cleaned, maintained and run smoothly, ready for the week ahead.
