Sous Chef Bedford Bedfordshire upto 27K Plus Tips
Sous Chef required to join a newly appointed Head Chef, for this recently refurbished hotel, to assist with the daily running of the kitchen.
The Head Chef has a good solid background in hotels and is looking for somebody to help put the hotel on the right path, improve and refine existing menus and improve the overall offering of the hotel.
They have a 30- 40 cover restaurant, using fresh local and seasonal ingredients. It’s not chasing a Rosette, but the owner feels that the standards should be at least 1 Rosette level
You will need to be very hands on, have good organisational and communication skills, be a good team motivator and have knowledge of current health and hygiene legislation.
Base salary of £25,000 - £27,000 (depending upon experience)
Bonus Scheme based on Turnover, Hygiene and Profitability
