Junior Sous Chef 4 Rosette Michelin Star Holt Norfolk up to 28K Plus Tips Live In

This is a great opportunity for a Michelin Experienced Chef de Partie to step up into a Junior Sous Chef position.

The well-established Head Chef has built up a fantastic reputation for using fresh local seasonal ingredients, creating tasting menus that change and evolve continuously, using local seasonal ingredients when they are at their best

As Junior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen. This will include contributing menu ideas, training juniors, assisting with a variety of daily prep ensuring that all prep is delegated out and completed in time for service

Live in is available for anyone looking to relocate to the area

Benefits

Base Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 (depending upon experience)
