Chef de Partie Pastry required for this stunning Country House Hotel and Award Winning Restaurant located on the new forest.
The property is part of a small but growing group of hotels that has won numerous awards for the standards, service and style of meals served in their restaurants, from locally sourced ingredients some of which is grown on their own farm
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working alongside a Pastry Chef working as a team you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and make all pastry items including Ice-creams, Sorbets, Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts.
Live in is available on site if required but would also suit anyone living in the Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Beaulieu, Lymington or possibly Southampton area with their own transport if required
Salary of up to £23,000 (Depending upon Experience)
