As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team; your duties will include working under a Head Pastry Chef producing a range of fine dining desserts, petit fours and afternoon teas.
There is live in available but would also suit applicants living in the Guildford, Godalming, Dorking area with access to your own transport if required.
