Pastry Chef de Partie required to join the team at this superb, Country Pub and Restaurant, serving modern, British dishes alongside posh nibbles and snacks, served in a relaxed and informal environment with an open plan kitchen

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of baking and cooking desserts using all fresh ingredients and have good all-round knowledge and experience. You will be actively taking part in everything from ordering to on-going menu development and staff training

This position would suit anyone living in the Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge or Mildenhall area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary £22,000 - £24,000 (depending upon experience)
