Pastry Chef de Partie Dorchester Dorset 24k Plus Tips and Live in

Pastry Chef de Partie required for this small, country house hotel and award winning restaurant

The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef de Partie with pastry experience to help produce a range of desserts for the fine dining restaurant and a selection of cakes and pastries for afternoon teas.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef helping to develop new menu ideas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to refine their pastry skills whilst beginning to run the pastry section with the assistance of a Pastry Commis and another Chef de Partie

Live in is available if required but would also suit applicants living in the Yeovil, Dorchester or Beaminster area
