Sous Chef Busy Restaurant Stamford Lincolnshire upto 28K Plus tips and Live In
Sous Chef required to join the team within this busy restaurant serving 150 – 200 covers per day
As Sous Chef you will need to have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, in a busy hotel or restaurant and have the confidence and ability to run any section if required.
This is a very hands on ‘cooking’ role the Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who has the ability to deputise and run the kitchen on days off.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are placed with suppliers, stored correctly, all prep is organised, delegated out to the team and completed in time for service.
Possible Live in is available for upto 6 months if required to allow anyone time to relocate for the position but would also suit anyone living close to Stamford Market Deeping Oakham Corby or possibly Peterborough area with their own transport if required
Salary of upto £28,000 (depending upon experience)
10% Bonus (upto £2500)
