Chef de Partie is required to join the team at this superb county house Hotel and award winning restaurant set on a country estate close to the coast
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients; ideally in rosette awarded kitchens but this is not essential if you have passion and great cooking skills.
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly team assisting with a variety of daily tasks, working on on-going menu development and organising a section ready for service.
Live in is available locally if required but may also suit anyone living in the Beaulieu Totton Brockenhurst Lymington or possibly Southampton area with their own transport.
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £21,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
