A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this fantastic, town centre, restaurant
The menu is constantly evolving and is based around using fresh local seasonal produce. It offers a variety of menus throughout the day; with lunchtime and afternoons serving a good quality but casual dining menu with more refinement in the evening with a separate “chefs table”, private dining room where small groups are offered tasting menus in an open plan kitchen.
The Restaurant is part of a growing group of high end Pubs and Restaurants offering lots of career progression and future promotion opportunities.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients somebody who gets excited by food and enjoys paying attention to the ‘small details’
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of team. You will have a variety of daily tasks to complete, assisting with a variety of daily prep. Duties will include organising a section and cooking through service.
This position would suit somebody living in the Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge or Mildenhall area with their own transport if required
Salary Upto £21,000 (depending upon experience)
