A great opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the talented team at this Superb Michelin Starred Fine Dining Hotel and Restaurant.
The Chef Patron, Head chef and the team create daily changing tasting menus, using the finest fresh local seasonal ingredients using lots of modern and classical techniques. The team are very creative and everyone has an opportunity to put forward ideas so this is a great kitchen to learn and refine lots of new dishes.
To apply for this position you must have previous experience of cooking in a Rosette or Michelin Kitchens and be able to demonstrate essential cooking skills with a commitment to achieving consistent high standards
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team assisting with a variety of daily tasks this will include organising a section and cooking through service.
Live in is available onsite and locally for anyone looking to relocate to the area
Base Salary of £22,000 – £24,000 (depending upon experience)
