A great opportunity has arisen for Commis Chef looking to get into a Michelin Restaurant
The Chef Patron, Head chef and the team, create daily changing, tasting menus, using the finest fresh, local, seasonal, ingredients with lots of modern and classical techniques. The team are very creative and everyone has an opportunity to put forward ideas so this is a great kitchen to learn and refine lots of new dishes.
To apply for this position you must have previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally in a rosette awarded property. This is not essential if you can show good cooking skills and be prepared to put effort in to learn new skills and prepare food to the high standards required.
As Commis Chef you will be working as part of the team working closely with a Chef de Partie, assisting with a variety of daily tasks this will include organising a section and cooking through service.
Live in is available onsite and locally for anyone looking to relocate to the area
Base Salary upto £18,000 (depending upon experience)
