Junior Sous Chef required to join the team at this Pub Restaurant, using fresh seasonal ingredients with many items sourced directly from their own farm.
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients from scratch, somebody with a friendly and flexible attitude who enjoys cooking great food
As Junior Sous Chef you will need to be a good all-rounder, capable of running any given section as and when required and have the confidence to deputise for the head chef in his absence.
The Head Chef is happy to train somebody in kitchen management i.e. costings, ordering, menu writing etc if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
This is a Live out position so candidates will need to live in the Newark Grantham Bingham Sleaford or possibly Lincoln area with their own transport if required
Base salary of upto £22,000 (depending upon experience)
