Our client is looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to complete the team at their busy Country Inn and award winning Restaurant located close to the coast
This is a great opportunity for a passionate chef with good cooking skills looking to progress into a rosette kitchen
As Junior Sous Chef you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, previous rosette is not essential if you can demonstrate excellent cooking and leadership skills.
As Junior Sous Chef you will assist with daily prep ensuring the kitchen is ready for service, part of your duties will sometimes include assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the Head or Sous Chefs absence, working closely with the Senior Sous and Head Chef helping with menu creation and development and assisting with the training and development of Junior Chefs.
There is no live in available for this position so applicants will need to live in the Saxmundham Aldeburgh Woodbridge or possibly the Blythburgh area with their own transport
Salary upto £23,000 (depending upon experience)
