Junior Sous Chef Stamford Lincolnshire upto 22K Plus Tips and Overtime
Junior Sous Chef is required to join the team at this busy Hotel and restaurant, serving a popular all day dining menu.
Their style is smart, casual, dining, using well sourced, local ingredients, but are not chasing rosettes
The Head Chef is looking for somebody looking to take on more responsibility and assist with the daily running of the kitchen.
To be Junior Sous Chef you must be able to run any given section and have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients
Candidates need to live in the Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Oakham or possibly Peterborough area with their own transport if required
Base Salary of upto £22,000 (depending upon experience)
Equal share of Tips (approx. £2,000 – £3,000 per year)
Overtime paid for any extra hours worked
28 Days Holiday
