Junior Sous Chef required for this award winning Hotel and restaurant.
The Hotel has a well established reputation for the standard of the food and service, the Head Chef and the Sous Chef (both placed by Chef Selection last year) have 3 Rosette and Michelin backgrounds so standards are high.
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking to rosette standards, he would happily consider a strong Chef de Partie that is looking to step up and take on more responsibility
Live In is available for this position but may suit applicants living in the Stamford Peterborough Bourne Market Deeping Oakham Corby or possibly Grantham area with access to their own transport if required.
Base Salary of upto £23,000 (depending upon experience)
