An amazing opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join an award winning team for this very busy and popular Luxury Hotel pushing for further accolades in North Yorkshire.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have at least 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar high volume, fresh food, Rosette Kitchen. As Sous Chef you will be required to support the head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication and a dependable personality while having the ability to work under pressure to deliver exceptional food in a very active Kitchen.
As Sous Chef you will be expected manage the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, assist with implementing new menus and have a good financial knowledge of the business.
Excellent Basic Salary Up To £27,000
