A great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef required to join the team in this small luxury hotel pushing for a Michelin Star
The Head Chef has high hopes of achieving a Michelin Star and 4 Rosettes, they operate a small a la carte alongside a tasting menu with many ingredients grown in their own kitchen garden.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head chef and Senior Sous Chef, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, contributing ideas for the menus, training and motivating the team.
Live in is available if required but may also suit anyone living in the Carnforth, Lancaster, Kendal or possibly Skipton area with their own transport.
Base Salary of £22,000 – £24,000 (depending upon experience)
