Pastry Chef de Partie 3 Rosette Exeter Devon 24K Plus Tips and Live In
Pastry Chef de Partie required for this Luxury, Country House Hotel and Spa to work in the main kitchen, serving a good mix of Lunchtime, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings. The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with all-round pastry experience in a good Hotel, ideally with 2 -3 Rosette experience.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be expected to be self-motivated and organised, completing your daily prep lists and ensuring that all required pastry, Breads, Ice creams, Biscuits and Desserts are prepared as required.
There is live in available for this position if required, but would also suit anyone living in the Exeter, Okehampton, Newton Abbot or Tavistock areas with their own transport if required.
Base Salary upto £24,000 (depending upon experience)
