Pastry Chef is required for this beautiful small Country House Hotel and fine dining restaurant serving fresh, high quality food and the occasional wedding.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie with previous experience of rosette standard cooking, to cover the pasty section, somebody with the skills to produce a range of plated desserts for the fine dining restaurant
Live in is available if required but would also suit applicants living in the Gatwick area.
Excellent salary of upto £23,000 (depending upon experience)
