As Pastry Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists supervise a Commis Chef making all pastry items including Ice-creams, Sorbets, Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts depending on your experiences you will be given plenty of opportunities to showcase your own menu ideas.
