Pastry Chef de Partie required for this small, country house hotel and award winning restaurant

The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef de Partie with pastry experience to help produce a range of desserts for the fine dining restaurant and a selection of cakes and pastries for afternoon teas.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef helping to develop new menu ideas.

You will have a Pastry Commis and possibly another Chef de Partie to assist you run the section on a daily basis

Live in is available if required but would also suit applicants living in the Yeovil, Dorchester or Beaminster area
