The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients in a hotel or restaurant ideally to rosette standard

This could be a great opportunity for a Pastry Commis Chef looking for the next step in their career or an established chef de Partie looking to specialise in Pastry

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the pastry team helping to organise the section and create a range of desserts including Ice-creams, Sorbets, Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts
