Pastry Chef de Partie required to join this Coastal Hotel with award winning fine dining restaurant pushing for 3 Rosettes.

The Head Chef who has a strong Michelin background is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous experience of working in the pastry section in a hotel or restaurant.

Ideally somebody that has worked in Rosette standard kitchens and who has good all round experience in the pastry section capable of producing a range of 3 breads per day, cakes for the afternoon teas with a variety of plated Desserts for the fine dining Restaurant.

The Head Chef is looking for somebody to help him develop the dessert menus creating a range of Modern desserts with a few reinvented classics. You will also have a Pastry Commis to assist you with the daily running of the section, covering for your days off etc.

Live in is available for this position if required and would also suit anyone living in the Truro, Falmouth or possibly The St Austell area with their own transport if required.
