A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for this superb country house hotel and award winning restaurant
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry team providing a range of modern plated desserts for their 2 rosette restaurant, afternoon teas and functions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for their craft, be keen to surpass customer expectations on a daily basis and keen to develop new skills. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will produce a full range of breads, pastries, petit fours, ice-creams, desserts and afternoon teas, cakes, muffins and scones.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a stable background in Pastry in 4 or 5 Star Hotels
There is no Live in available so applicants will need to live in the Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Hassocks or possibly Brighton area with their own transport.
