Pastry Chef Michelin Bath Somerset 24k plus Tips

Pastry Chef required to join the talented team at this Michelin awarded fine dining restaurant.

The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef with previous Rosette or Michelin experience, to run the pastry section, producing a range of desserts. He will happily look at a good Pastry Chef de Partie looking to step up and take responsibility for the section.

As Pastry Chef you will be working closely with the Head and Sous Chef, developing menu ideas, the restaurant offers A La Carte and a tasting menu

There is possible live in available if required but it would also suit applicants living in the Bath or Bristol area

Benefits
Base salary of Up To £24,000 (Depending Upon experience)
Equal Share of Tips estimated to be £2,500 – £3,000
