An amazing opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef; to join one of the best, small, groups in the country, at their country house and award winning restaurant, located inside the New Forest.
The Group specialises in sourcing and cooking the best available produce, with lots coming from their own kitchen garden on the estate, including livestock, chickens and even their own beehives.
They operate a “promote from within” policy, giving everyone the opportunity to progress in the group if they wish, the group is steadily growing, with a new property opening early in 2017.
The Head Chef is looking for a Senior Sous Chef with good, all-round experience in a good Hotel or Restaurant, ideally with at least 2 rosette experience or above. He is looking for a confident, creative, Sous Chef, who loves to experiment with new dishes, playing with flavours and textures sometimes thinking on their feet when using ingredients from the kitchen garden.
Live in is available if required, but would also suit anyone living in or around the new forest area or possibly Southampton with their own transport if required.
Excellent Salary of £32,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
