As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen assuming responsibility on the Head chef’s days off and giving input in ongoing menu development
You will be given a variety of responsibilities that will go with the position, including mentoring juniors and motivating the team of chefs, ensuring that the kitchen is organised and everything is prepped ready for service
Applicant will need to live in the Honiton, Sidmouth, Exeter or Axminster area with their own transport if required
The kitchen is working towards a 4 days on 3 days off working week
Salary upto £28,000
