A great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the friendly team at this superb award winning Restaurant serving between 40 – 60 Covers of all fresh Local and seasonal cooking.
The restaurant has a large and well established kitchen garden which is fully utilised with much of the seasonally changing menus being created around the produce that they grow. The Head Chef and the owners ethos is to ‘keep things simple’ whilst no compromise is made with the standard of the produce used the standard of cooking is high and most importantly ‘tasty’
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to assist with the daily running of the kitchen, somebody keen to put forward menu ideas, help train juniors and cover the Head Chefs days off.
Live in is available to allow applicants to relocate but would also suit somebody living in the Brecon, Hay-On-Wye, Llandrindod Wells, Crickhowell, or possibly Abergavenny or Hereford area with their own transport
Excellent Base Salary of £26,500 – £28,500 (depending upon experience)
Equal Share of Staff Tips £2,000 – £3,000
