The recently appointed Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to assist with the daily running of the kitchen somebody who enjoys creating and developing dishes with ever changing seasonal produce.
The menu is constantly evolving and is based around using fresh local seasonal produce. It offers a variety of menus throughout the day; with lunchtime and afternoons serving a good quality but casual dining menu with more refinement in the evening with a separate ‘chefs table’ private dining room where small groups are offered tasting menus in an open plan kitchen.
The Restaurant is part of a growing group of high end Pubs and Restaurants offering lots of career progression and future promotion opportunities.
This would also suit applicants living in the Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge or Mildenhall area with their own transport if required
Base Salary Upto £27,000 (depending upon experience)
