Sous Chef required for this privately owned hotel and restaurant located between Market Deeping and Bourne

Sous Chef required for this busy Village Hotel, Restaurant and Bar that has a range of popular dishes with a large grill menu

As Sous chef you would be working closely with the Head Chef contributing new menu ideas and covering for the Head Chefs day off

There is no Live in for this position but any candidates with their own transport who live in the Bourne Market Deeping Spalding Stamford or Peterborough area

Benefits
Salary upto £22,000 – £25,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Staff Tips (estimated to be between £2,000 – £4,000 per year)
