Sous Chef required to join this Country House Hotel and award winning Brasserie Restaurant.
The recently appointed Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, ideally with previous experience of cooking to Rosette standards.
As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef on a daily basis, assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen, deputising in his absence and building up a skilled and friendly team.
This would suit applicants living in the Kettering, Thrapston, Wellingborough, Market Harborough or possibly Northampton area with their own transport.
Base Salary of upto £30,000 – £32,000 (depending upon experience)
