Sous Chef Ross on Wye Herefordshire upto 28K Plus Tips and Live In
Sous Chef required at this superb, Country House Hotel with Restaurant and Bar located in the historic market town of Ross on Wye.
The recently appointed Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef, that he can work closely with, to help create the new menus and to set and maintain standards.
Part of your duties will also be to help with the day to day running of the kitchen. Ideally you will have a creative side and put forward some menu ideas of your own; the Head Chef has plenty of ideas, but is always open to new menu suggestions or daily specials.
Live in is available if required but would also suit anyone living in the Ross on Wye, Hereford, Wye Valley, Ledbury, Monmouth or possibly west Gloucester area with their own transport.
Base Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 (depending upon experience)
