Sous Chef Thirsk North Yorkshire upto 24k Plus Tips
A Sous Chef is required to join a recently appointed, but experienced Head Chef in this Country Inn and Restaurant located in a village south of Thirsk
The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, somebody that can take simple ingredients and create tasty plates of food.
Standards are high but there are no initial plans to chase rosettes, they are looking to use all fresh local season ingredients creating popular food and build up a good local following
The Head Chef is looking for somebody who is keen to try out different dishes and create daily specials, a Sous Chef who can assist with the day to day running of the kitchen covering for days off and helping to train and motive the team of chefs.
The role may suit a strong Chef de Partie looking for a first Sous Chef role
Base salary upto £24,000 (depending upon experience)
