Sous Chef Witney Oxfordshire upto 27K plus Tips and Live In
Sous Chef required to complete the team at this fast paced, hotel, bar brasserie and fine dining restaurant serving seasonal award winning cuisine.
As Sous Chef you will need previous experience of working with all fresh ingredients ideally in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, this will include organising the Chef de Parties ensuring that all MEP is delegated out and completed to the correct standards
Live in / staff accommodation is available if required but would also suit somebody living in the Witney, Burford or Stow on the Wold area who has their own transport.
Base Salary of £24,000 – £27,000 (depending upon experience)
